1. Pick Up In Store 

At any time, customers may purchase items online and then choose "Pick Up In Store" as the shipping option. Your order will be filled and be waiting for you to pick it up. Please see our hours of operation under our "Contact Us" page. This method will save you shipping fees. Other SK Pick Up Locations include Regina - Healthy Roots Massage and Strasbourg - Creative Styles (please see below for details).

2. Ship via Canada Post within Canada

ACORN eco-boutique ships all of our products to all provinces and territories within Canada. If you would like to ship products outside of Canada and the USA, please phone at 1-306-731-6992 or E-mail at ACORNecoboutique@me.com. ACORN eco-boutique offers FREE SHIPPING in Canada on many products. Visit the "Free Shipping Items" category to learn about these products. All other orders are subject to standard flat rate shipping fees as follows:

Saskatchewan - $6.99

Alberta and Manitoba - $8.99

British Columbia - $10.99

Eastern Canada - $12.99

Northern Canada - $14.99

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited and will arrive within 3-6 business days* after you place your order. Most Saskatchewan orders will arrive within 1-2 business days* after you place your order. These shipping times refer to shipments going to major urban centres and excludes weekend days and holidays.

When your parcel is shipped, ACORN eco-boutique will send you an e-mail with the Tracking Number. You can then track your package online at www.CANADAPOST.ca or by phone at 1-800-267-1177. However, please note that many free shipping items are shipped regular post and therefore will not have a tracking number; these items may also take more than the 3-6 business days to arrive. You may log in to your account at any time to print your invoices, view the status of your order and find your tracking number.

 

 

 

3. United States Shipping

ACORN eco-boutique can ship most products offered online to the Continental United States of America. ACORN eco-boutique offers FREE SHIPPING in Canada and USA on many products. Visit the "Free Shipping Items" category to learn about these products. For all other products, standard shipping fees apply as follows:

Continental USA - Surface Mail (6 to 14 business day): $9.99 CAD

Continental USA - Air Mail (4 to 10 business days): $12.99 CAD

Orders shipped to the USA will arrive within 4-14 business days* after you place your order. *These shipping times refer to shipments going to major urban centres and excludes weekend days and holidays.

* Please also note that purchases made by customers in the U.S.A are not subject to Canadian taxes. However they may be subject to duties and taxes when they enter into the U.S.A from Canada. Brokerage fees may also be incurred by the customer for clearing customs. We are not in a position to state what these may be as they vary. Typically gifts of value less than $100.00 USD are not subject to the above, however we are unable to guarantee this. Any taxes and fees associated with the parcel entering the U.S.A. are the responsibility of the customer. Each order is marked as a gift on the customs declaration and the value of the item in CAD dollars is stated as per U.S.A customs requirements, to minimize delays in the receipt of your parcel.

 

 

 

4. Saskatchewan Pick Up Location

Creative Styles in Strasbourg: Strasbourg and area customers looking to purchase products from our store can now choose to pick up their products from Creative Styles Hair Salon in Strasbourg. We hope that having another rural pick up location will give customers better access to our products. Customers that wish to pick up their order in Strasbourg may simply call us with their order or shop online and at the Checkout choose "Pick Up at Creative Styles, Strasbourg" and save the shipping charges! Current pick up times are Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM (excluding lunch hours and holidays).

5. International Shipping

ACORN eco-boutique can ship its products throughout the world. If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of Canada and the USA, simply e-mail your order to ACORNecoboutique@me.com and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Collection of Tax (PST/GST/HST)

Please note that the collection of tax is based on the location to which the goods purchased will be shipped. The Canadian provinces and territories have different taxes charged and therefore this will vary depending the location to which you choose to ship your goods.

Returns Policy

All items purchased online may be exchanged in store within 30 days of the initial purchase if the item has not been opened, used, or altered in any way. If you have any issues with your order upon receipt, please contact ACORN eco-boutique by telephone at 306-731-6992 or by E-mail at ACORNecoboutique@me.com and a solution to your problem will be provided.

Payment Options

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted for payment online. All payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD$). Customers may also choose to pay by PayPal.

Once you have placed your items in your cart and are ready to "Checkout", you will be transferred to the Moneris secure payment page that will allow you to pay for your purchases. "ACORN eco boutique" will appear at the top of this page where you will be asked to enter your payment details including Cardholder Name, Credit Card Number and Expiry Date. Upon processing your transaction, you can choose to return to the ACORN eco-boutique website at www.ACORNecoboutique.ca.
