ACORN eco-boutique believes strongly in supporting our local communities and environmental initiatives and has donated to many causes. 

2011:

- 1% For the Planet, 1% of ACORN's sales are donated to 1%'s member environmental organizations (ongoing)

- Castles and Dreams Community Preschool Fundraiser, Regina Beach, SK

- Disley's Annual Cribbage Cup, Disley, SK (March 2011)

- Lumsden Skating Club Fundraiser, donations made for a raffle draw at the LSC's year end show to raise funds to support next year's program, Lumsden, SK (March 2011)

- Dessert, Dance & Auction presented by Prairie Valley West Music Parents Association, donation of auction and raffle items to raise funds to support the student attendance at national music competitions, Lumsden, SK (April 2011)

- Earth Day® Canada Donation for ACORN's Earth Week Special (April 2011)

- Crystal Park School "A Fine Evening" Fundraiser to provide extra events and equipment for the students including for team sports equipment and fees, workshops, reward activities, citizenship recognition, tutorial programs and celebrations, Grande Prairie, AB (April 2011)

- Lumsden Lagoonies Ladies Softball Team Fundraiser to raise money for new ball equipment and Jersey's. Donation of Vapur Water Bottles for a raffle draw, Lumsden, SK (May 2011)

- Regina Humane Society Donation to raise money to shelter, care, and advocate for animals to find "forever homes", Regina, SK (June 2011)

- Lumsden High School Biology Scholarship, presented to Austen Preete of Lumsden, SK (June 2011)

- Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) Donation ($100.00) to support CPAWS' conservation and education programs (July 2011)

- Regina Beach & District Lioness Club's 4th Annual "Ladies Evening of Elegance" fundraiser banquet to provide specially trained Dog Guides at no cost to qualified applicants with disabilities to help the individual achieve greater mobility, safety, and independence. Donation of eco-products for raffle (event is being held in September 2011)

ACORN is also proud to have initiated a Christmas Tree Recycling Program in the community of Lumsden in 2011 that will continue into future years! 

2010:

- Regina Beach and District Lioness Club's Ladies Evening of Elegance, raising money to purchase and train guide dogs for those with visual or physical impairments, Regina Beach, SK (September 2010)

- Craven Pre-School Hopscotch Fundraiser, fundraising via a Halloween dance for the Craven Pre-School, Craven, SK (October 2010)

- Lumsden and District Heritage Home Residents Fundraiser, donation to support the development of a calendar that highlights the artistic skills of the Heritage Home residents with funds raised going toward equipment and programs to further enhance the care the residents receive, Lumsden, SK (October 2010)

- South Shore Elementary School Fundraiser, Novemberfest fundraiser to support the educational needs of the Children of Regina Beach, Buena Vista and the surrounding rural area, Regina Beach, SK (November 2010)
